Third Light’s response to Coronavirus (COVID-19)
Following the developing situation of the coronavirus outbreak, Third Light has reviewed current guidance and put in place measures to protect our employees and customers and reduce the risk of spread.
As a company we’re exceptionally well-prepared for remote working, so much so that we do not need to reorganize our normal working patterns, but all the same there are more vulnerable people in society whose healthcare depends on people like us slowing down the spread. Therefore, as from Monday 16th March all our employees will be working from home until further notice.
What does this mean to our customers?
Any customer visits that we had planned will be re-arranged to happen remotely, either via phone or online. Our Customer Success team will be in touch to re-arrange this with you.
We will continue to run our popular Chorus webinars. Guy and Marco, from our Customer Success team, will run them remotely so please continue to register for the webinars as they’re a great opportunity to ask questions and get useful tips about how you can maximize the use of your Chorus media library. A new schedule will be announced soon.
Our systems will continue to be monitored 24/7 if you need us, as always, we will be monitoring support tickets and queries - please contact support, as usual. In the meantime, if you have any questions about your Chorus subscription, just [email protected] or visit our support portal where you’ll find free resources including FAQs, video tutorials, tech guides, and user codes.
If you’d like to speak to a member of the Customer Success team, about this or anything else to do with your Chorus site, please don’t hesitate to email [email protected].and we’ll be happy to arrange a time to talk.
We had planned to exhibit and speak at various events in the next few months, but like many companies, we have taken the decision to postpone or cancel our participation. We still want to connect with people and be part of the conversations in our industry, so we are working with the event organisers to look at different ways to be able to provide our expertise remotely.
At this uncertain time, we hope this message provides reassurance and helps inform how at Third Light we are dealing with the current situation, to keep our employees and customers safe. For further updates, please check for updates on this news page.
