In a fast-paced environment like yours, media has to be gathered, prepped and approved in a matter of minutes. It's why Chorus is the solution of choice for commercial sports teams needing power and agility.
"I fell in love with Third Light's digital media library. It fit what we needed almost perfectly. I would recommend Third Light to anyone wanting a solid solution without having to pay the price for a TV-studio-level solution."Patrick Emerick, Gospel for Asia
"Racingfotos.com came to Third Light in 2005 and have never looked backed since. Over the years its functionality has only increased and with it our trust in the product. Third Light has revolutionised our business, giving us far more control in the way our clients use our site. Third Light's team have been brilliant; listening and working with us to improve our business – a team we're glad to have on our side."Andy Watts, Racingfotos
"The communication and support that has been offered to me has been marked with excellence and a sense of care for the product you offer but also the customers using it."Patrick Emerick - Gospel For Asia
"Third Light is a sound platform with the best customer and technical support of any software I've used. This shouldn't be understated! It's what any software should be... but I've struggled in my 8+ years to find DAM software that actually works properly. Third Light Support is always responsive, extremely knowledgable, and can provide both technical and creative solutions."Matthew - Digital Asset Manager - G2Crowd Review
"The product itself offers exactly what we need in terms of functionality as well as in terms of look, feel, ease of use and manageability."Stephen Bacon, Bishops Stortford College
"The whole system is really easy to use - both as an admin and a user. Users are asking way less questions re help than before, which means it is simple to use and easy to understand... which is great! I would happily recommend Third Light to anyone looking for this kind of service."Rachel - Corporate Affairs & Marketing Co-ordinator - G2 Review
"Two things I love about third light. First: the team. Unlike many other providers in the space, you get to speak to real humans who genuinely care. This immediately elevates the experience. Secondly, the software itself - we have a whooooole bunch of files, and the thing that really elevates Third Light is it's ease of use, particularly when delving through large swathes of files."Joe - SME user - G2 Review
"The feature of the Third Light system that we most use is its programming interface (API). We use Third Light library tools without leaving our own customised Django CMS."Oliver Davies, Head of Digital Delivery, UKTV
"We took the decision to use Third Light as our digital asset management tool for all our websites and digital products. It offered flexibility of use at a very good price. "Oliver Davies, Head of Digital, UKTV
"Third Light was perfect for us. We initially wanted it for our huge photo library, but now we use it to backup our various artwork, video, and animation files as well. Third Light has been wonderful in training us and answering our many questions. I can’t believe how long we struggled with our old system. We love how intuitive the system is. It does everything we need and more, and it's FAST. We are VERY happy customers."Trina Van Patten, Tri-State
Resilient file syncing or uploading directly from the camera back means photographers can deliver shots to editors in just one step. Crucial information is added in record time with cascading metadata and AI tagging.
When match results and team shots have to be shared right away, Chorus's built-in production tools come into their own. Feedback can be left on files or containers, and users can create their own crops, color spaces and formats from a menu of preset options.
Outreach and engagement is driven by fresh content and effective delivery, and players have huge social media followings. Bring personalized images and video to your MVPs to distribute on their own social channels, while public-facing hubs share content with news outlets and fan sites.
"Third Light's DAM solution is perfect to manage the end-to-end photo process: from the AS Roma official photographers uploading, tagging and adding metadata using Adobe Lightroom integration, to the internal and external users downloading."
Fabrizio Preti - Technology Systems Expert - AS RomaRead case study
Chorus can scale to storing millions of files, organized into folders for each season, match or event you run. The potential value of this content to fans, the media and other partners increases dramatically when the folders are tagged with basic metadata, as the search tools can find specific people, places or dates in the collection and help you retrieve or publish them. It's an incredible opportunity to develop a rich and engaging service for fans, too.
Once your library of photos is in Chorus, you can share and allocate files very easily (either in folders or by using smart collections that pick up players' names). After logging in, players can find their own content in a folder that shows everything recent and can use it on their own social media accounts, for example. They can also use our mobile upload app to add their own photos and videos from their phone.
If your aim is to get content directly from cameras, through to approval and out to the web, we have a solution that can eliminate friction and delays. Uploading directly from laptops (or the camera backs) via SFTP brings the content to Chorus. Workflow and labelling features help editors quickly sort through the best shots, and then publishing them is a single click final stage that can be integrated with your CMS or even automated completely. We've built in a content delivery network (CDN) to cope with surges in demand for new content, too.
We're experienced suppliers to sports teams, and know that your budget will need to generate real benefits. Chorus is an affordable and high-impact investment that gives you exceptional value, whether it's hosted in the cloud or on your own servers.
No problem. We've written an eBook on how to create a strong business case for DAM which provides lots of useful tips and guidance to help you get the buy-in you need in your team.
