Chorus helps your team bring new content to life. File syncing means photographers, retouchers and designers can collaborate and agree on files. When they are signed off, assets can be moved instantly to a shared library which protects them from changes.
Metadata fields can be customized to include SKUs and GTIN product codes for pinpoint-accurate searching. The main Chorus application can be branded with your logo and colors, and you can use your own domain name. We also support multiple brands in one site - for example, changing the look and feel for users in different spaces. Also, when you publish files from Chorus, the microsites are completely customizable. If you work with an agency they can make the look and feel pixel-perfect for your brand and even add extra menus or features.
One idea is to connect your social media accounts to Chorus, using Zapier (you can find us in the catalog of over 3000 products that can be connected together). For example, if a loyal customer sends a picture to your social media account with a specific hashtag in Twitter, Instagram or Facebook, you can grab the pictures from their posts and import them to Chorus to start a customer-generated content campaign.
Chorus supports highly configurable metadata, including the ability to add your own text, keyword, dropdown or tree metadata. This is ideal for creating a PIM (Production Information Management) database inside Chorus, where you can find products using your own codes or universal standards like EAN and GTIN numbers. You can import this kind of data from spreadsheets using built-in tools in Chorus, too.
