One idea is to connect your social media accounts to Chorus, using Zapier (you can find us in the catalog of over 3000 products that can be connected together). For example, if a loyal customer sends a picture to your social media account with a specific hashtag in Twitter, Instagram or Facebook, you can grab the pictures from their posts and import them to Chorus to start a customer-generated content campaign.
Chorus supports highly configurable metadata, including the ability to add your own text, keyword, dropdown or tree metadata.
