It's challenging to ensure changes launched to product designs, specifications and new product categories are all in the hands of your distributors and kept current - especially those problematic files on road warriors' laptops. Chorus solves this problem, with the Project Sync app, which keeps their folders perfectly in step. You can withdraw or replace old content, and push changes to everyone; they'll always have the latest product datasheets and PDFs, even if they're offline. It's an smooth way to keep everyone on the same page, no matter where they are.

Chorus supports a huge range of file types, especially images, video and audio. It also supports documents such as Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF (with text searching), vector artwork, animated GIFs and the entire Adobe Creative Suite of tools. However, you can also store other file types (ones which are unlikely to be viewable correctly without proprietary software). Those files can move in and out of Chorus, and be tagged and searched as normal. You can use our Project Sync desktop tools too, opening and saving special files directly from your workstations using Chorus as a cloud storage tool.

Chorus is a secure platform, independently verified by external assessors and subject to regular penetration testing. It's designed with security as one of its primary features, including 100% encrypted connections. Third Light's standard contracts include water-tight protection of your IPR, and we also offer an on-premises edition when IT policies mandate total isolation (even from Third Light).
