Prompt a user to reset their Chorus password, and regain access to the site, with an automated email.
Note: this feature is not offered if the user's account is associated with an external authentication system. In those cases, the password is set in the external system and cannot be changed by Chorus.
1. Click Admin at the top of Chorus and sign in to elevate.
2. Choose Teams > Users from the Admin menu. The Users modal will open.
3. Click Send Password Reset Email in the Actions box at the right of the modal.
4. An alert will appear to confirm this action: Reset Password?
5. Click Reset.
The user will receive a link with which to reset their password.
