WHAT: Create a new space to bring files and users together to work as a team, on a project, or to share ideas.
When you create a new space or subspace, you are automatically a manager of that space.

WHY: A new space gives you both control and flexibility. As a manager of a new space, you can control the membership of the space, the permissions and roles of members in the space, and the metadata applied to the files within that space.
There is no limit to the number of spaces that can exist in a site. Spaces do not consume any storage capacity.
