Training Workshops

We offer training workshops, based on your particular use of IMS and with a focus on hands-on configuration. For example, when your new IMS system is first delivered you may want help setting it up with your users, pictures and preferred branding. We can help save you time and get you started, as well as giving you practical advice on the full range of features of the product.

After-sales care and maintenance

Once you have started to use IMS, you may have questions for us. We operate a ticket-based support system, which is staffed by knowledgeable and committed staff with a range of skills. Support queries are handled within 24 hours, although we usually resolve new questions with in only a few hours. All IMS solutions include a maintenance contract which entitles you to periodic updates of the product.
