Centralise your image assets securely

IMS caters for all your storage needs, acting as a vault for archival and retrieval of digital images. Simply upload batches of images in any standard image format, and IMS will index and maintain your library for you.

Once your images are in IMS, you can:

• Search, retrieve, share or sell pictures efficiently;
• Export ZIP files from the image library;
• Access your images anywhere - in your office, with a client, even on the road.
• Review storage capacity at a glance using graphs

IMS is easy to integrate into your existing networks and can grow incrementally in size. Colleagues and suppliers can have their own upload accounts, and IMS will automatically retrieve any embedded picture data found in incoming images.

IMS is in regular use by organisations with offices in every continent, providing around the clock access to the same, centrally managed image library.

IMS backup solutions can be run as often as required, including a complete copy of all images and data in the system. IMS can also integrate with Veritas backup services for enterprise installations.
