Digital version control

Version Control allows multiple revisions of a file to be stored, and for older revisions to be re-instated later if needed.

Common example uses for Version Control include replacing watermarked "comp" images with final versions, or uploading updated, retouched or cropped variations of a file. Version Control allows earlier revisions to be re-activated, rather than being lost, and also avoids fragmentation of metadata records as the revisions evolve. Alternative versions can be located just one click away from the current file, saving time and effort.

CSV (Excel) exportable data including financial reports

Many reports available in the Third Light server can be exported to CSV format (which is suitable for use with most spreadsheet programs, including Excel), so it is simple to conduct your audit or analysis projects offline.
