Technical support

Support is available by opening the Help menu and selecting "Email Support". If you need to send an attachment, you can also email support@thirdlight.com. We operate a ticket system which allows us to help you more efficiently. Our support hours are 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Telephone support is available for Corporate Appliance customers, in addition to our email support service.

When you send a technical support query, don't forget to describe how to reproduce any problems you want to discuss (it saves us asking you for this and holding you up). A screengrab is always very much appreciated.
