Subscription Sites

Please click below to download a PDF file of the Terms and Conditions for the IMS subscription service. These agreements outline the responsibilities, rights and obligations of Third Light and our customers. Use of the IMS product implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

IMS Lite sites, used within NewsFlash Connect are subject to the same terms and conditions as subscription sites. The IMS terms and conditions are supplemental to the AUP and Terms of Use agreed with Ether-Ray Ltd to use Newsflash Connect.

Corporate Appliances

If you have a Corporate Appliance, please contact your account manager for a copy of your contract. A software licence applies which takes a different format from the subscription service agreement.
