Third Light is a software and internet services business based in Cambridge, UK.
Our core business is to develop and host specialist software for online image archival, galleries and collaboration, while minimising technical complexity. We have supplied commercial web-based asset management tools since forming in April 2002.
IMS (Image Management System) is a business-grade photo and document management system, designed for centralised web access.
Using IMS means your images, videos and documents can be centrally updated, searched, retrieved and tracked. Our system can be used to share images with your staff, customers and suppliers.
Third Light IMS is also a powerful ecommerce solution, allowing businesses to sell images online as prints or downloads, for example in a newspaper context. Clients include the Toronto Star, Canada's largest newspaper group.
We provide a Corporate Appliance for use on company intranets or extranets, which relieves businesses of common asset management problems and improves productivity in a multiple office environment.
We also offer a centrally-hosted Subscription Service, helping smaller projects overcome fixed costs and use ecommerce features, while still guaranteeing complete independence and self-management to every customer.
